Sergey

This is Sergey. I am working in a team of teachers on a group project with him. Guess what country he's from. Hint: It is one of the Central Asian Republics. Bonus, bonus: What language does he speak? (He has a translator who sits with him so he can communicate with the rest of us on the team. Sergey speaks no English.)
