It was a great night at the Palace as the Pistons beat the defending Weesterbn Conference Champion San Antonio Spurs 109-100. Nick and Zack each invited a friend, and we enjoyed a great shooting performance from the Hometown Heroes as they disposed of the visiting team quite handily. We saw Mr. Manchester at the game, but other than that, no familiar BCS faces in the crowd. It was great to take advantage of the discounted tickets for BPS folks.
We even enjoyed the overpriced chicken strips and fries (9.00) small drinks (4.00) and chili cheese fries (8.00). Zack and his friend Carlos walked down to the top of the lower bowl and got a chance to see the action from a lot closer than the nosebleeds where I was with Nick and his friend Julian up in section 212.We all decided we'd like to return soon. Go Pistons!
